Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sisily! If you need to return an item, we will issue a refund of online purchases for the value of merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Tags must be attached. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping back to you. If you do need to return an item, simply include a copy of your original invoice with a note as to why it is being returned, along with the products you are returning. We will process your return once your package is received. The return total will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. 

No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Sisily reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being returned. We do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Sisily Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Shoe Returns: 

Shoes must be unworn, and in NEW condition in order to be eligible for returns of store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box, such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Damage to the shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to return shipping cost.

 

In Store:

You can exchange your online purchases at the Sisily store for an item of equal value or more. Items must be unworn and tags still attached. Please bring a copy of your invoice (can be pulled up through your e-mail). Keep in mind our inventories are separate, so we may not have the same products in-store that you see online. 

 

Exchanges Online: We do not offer exchanges online because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. 

 

Final sale and sale items:

All sale Items are FINAL SALE. All sales are FINAL on jewelry, bras/bralettes, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear.
